We founded Jobsalute without external funding or technology. But with our own resources, creativity and sweat. Conceived everything ourselves and implemented with a little outside help. Thanks to our independence, we are agile in a difficult market. But there is no doubt that we will launch more platforms.
So who are the ‘we’ in this story? Pleased to meet you, Radboud van der Kooi and Gert-Jan van Meer. Experienced in recruitment and employer branding. In 2022, we started Jobsalute. Reason: the dominant job boards are less and less dominant. Traffic is decreasing and so is the number of applications that make you smile! In addition, IT communities are removing the ability to post vacancies. In short: the time has come for niche channels with top candidates, top service and top background information. That’s our vision. We are realising it.
